I don’t usually write reviews, but this was by far one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a very long time. I felt no pressure at any time, rather felt welcomed and as if he was invested in finding what worked best for ME! It felt more like talking to a new friend than a sales person. Delivery was arranged completely at my convenience, and the first question asked when they arrived was if I had any furniture they could move for me! Who does that any more?! Jim Davidson is a long time friend and co worker. He's an all around great person and has always been the best at sales. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Mardick Furniture has good quality and good prices and the best customer service.
August 1, 2020, I bought a new bed from Mardick's. The salesman, Jim, was very kind and patient. Even when faced with multiple questions, some of them were repeated too. Very much a gentleman.nnAugust 8th another gentleman, Doug, delivered the bed. He was actually a few minute early, unheard of in my world, and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Bed was all set up and he took all the trash with him, including my old bed.nnVery nice people, good quality furniture, and pretty reasonable.nnThank you for making this major purchase a little easier on me.
