They had an exceptional amount of samples to choose from, the knowledge and experience to answer specific questions about the product and process from start to finish. Best experience I've ever had at a flooring store
Adam and Nikki are awesome and very helpful! I live in Wyandotte which isn't very far, but its a pain to drive all the way to Joplin, Neosho or Grove. When I purchased my flooring it took less than a week to come in and they were able to hold on to it while I was still working on my house.nnThe other great thing is they are local and really appreciate your business. I've gone into Lowes or Home Depot and I feel like I'm getting ghosted by the employee's. I've been in enough at those stores to know where things are so I've just become numb to the terrible customer service.nnNikki and Adam will take care of you and make sure all your needs are met! I will definitely try and post a pic of the flooring when its all installed.
