Very clean facilities and excellent staff!
I'm more of a weight lifter. It has mostly what I need but can still use more/better equipment. Like I would rather a cable machine for my late pulldowns than the one they have with an Awkward feel to it. Also if the one bench press is taken, then you have to use one of the squat racks to bench. It's nice they have flat benches on all the squat racks so you can use the area for benching. But the fact that they have only one bench is a little disappointing. The amount of machines to do different workouts is just really limited but you can make do if you are willing to make adjustments. Even tho I don't use it, the little Turk/skill area is a nice touch. Never had that in any gym I been into so it's nice to have that option. I also think the price is a little high for what you get consider to other places where you can get a membership for $20 instead of the $40 that you pay here. But the main thing that keeps me going is that it's 24hrs and I never been in there where it's packed. I love the fact that I never get that issue of waiting for a machine. And the staff seems really nice so far
Good color and friendly, but charged me $$$$$ (full price)for a cut when she literally made two small cuts into the bottom of my hair.
Great gym. Open 24 hrs by key fob. Has classes and boot camps. Also offers kid work outs. The layout of equipment is good and it's not too busy. The salon is nice as well. Nice staff and a variety of services.
I’ve done a lot with SOS in the past year and I have nothing but awesome experiences coming from there. Sara is the best trainer and helps you set goals and crush them. She’s always there cheering you along in sports, life, or whatever you do. I think a big part of excelling in the sports I do comes from the hard work and training I’ve done in that gym. The facility is top notch and has all the equipment a person could ever need. Always well kept and cleaned on the regular too!nOn the salon side, I’ve had lash extensions done that were so beautifully done, and I would definitely recommend getting them. Along with those I've also had a spray tan with Darcy. It gave me the perfect, non orange glow before prom and I was able to not stain my dress with it as well!nn5/5 for everything. Top notch facility.
