Quick turn around on a dead hard drive. And they were able to grab all my old data off the dead hard drive. Speedy and friendly service. I would recommend them any day of the week
All of the sudden they don't repair or service Apple products. Even though it explicitly say on their door and website to come to them for a your Apple needs.
Been here a few times for multiple computers and laptops. They have always been super friendly. They called me to see if I wanted them to address something I hadn't noticed before and that wasn't on my service request before they did it. Usually they were done with the computers the same day. Super friendly staff and great customer service. They also gave me a printout of everything they did. Highly recommend them.
Super friendly and nice to my elderly mom as she tried to explain what was wrong with her computer. They were able to get her up and running again with a one day turn around. She's very excited to be back on the internet doing her hobbies.
