I Had A Technical Problem with one of My Bass Guitars that Had taken up enough of my time and patients. I left The Bass with NW Music not expecting to Hear from Them For AT Least A Week, I Had not even arrived home yet and A Service Tech calls He Had Diagnosed and Serviced My Bass and was ready for pick up. More Shocking was the $ 10.00 I was charged I was fully Prepared to Pay at A minimum$ 25.00 Knowledge and then Some Thank You Sande If Another Tech Nightmare comes my way Northwest Music and Sound will Be My First Stopud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

Very good and friendly service! In house repairs so you don't need to worry about your instrument. Great pricing, I found my favorite music shop!
