I worked for him more than once all he cares about is himself he has drivers repair vehicles with screws and zip ties if the accidentally mess something up instead of doing insurance claim he scans drivers signatures on paperwork with out their consent I just quit working for him now since I didn't give him a 2 week notice he is keeping my last two checks which is probably close to 1500 bucks he said i signed something stating that I forfeit my check if I quit without notice. Which even if I did that should be for my very last check not my second to last one. He makes drivers pickup in apartments with a semi and puts their lives in danger loading on busy highway cause can't back in to the apartments. He changes your load all the time. He says home every weekend. But good luck with that he really likes his money so you do what he says. He does not communicate well he's rude he lies to customers when were late about why were late. After reading this anyone would be a fool to work for him or let his company haul your freight.
