Poor Customer Service. My mother bought a $700 chair for me for my birthday 3 years ago. A part on the chair broke. Rather than contact the manufacturer I brought it back to Country Carpet. After two weeks, I did not hear anything from them. I stopped in the store. The owner gave me several reasons 1. the manufacturer may not make the part anymore 2. it may not be covered under warranty 3. many of the factories are closed because of covid. 4. he had not heard anything back from the manufacturer. I said, ok, thank you. Please let me know what you find out. That afternoon, I emailed the manufacturer. Surprise, I got a message the next day asking me to send photos and details about the chair. I went back to the store to get the chair. A very unpleasant woman, who did not introduce herself walked up to me while I was getting the chair with a very helpful store associate. She raised her voice at me, and that started using foul language. Telling me, that what I was saying was bull****. She told me that there was file on the chair, that parts had been ordered, and that it was not covered under warranty, and that it was going to cost $100 and something. She was very rude and started yelling at me. I never used foul language. I asked her why the owner never called me to let me know about the update on the chair. No response. I took the chair and left.nI feel that a manager who does not introduce themselves and then tell me what I am saying is bull**** is far beyond poor customer service. I am the customer. My mother spent $700, actually $799 including delivery and tax for the chair. If anyone truly respects their customers, they would treat them with respect, not with rudeness.nI get the feeling that they are happy to take your money here, but do not enjoy dealing with repairs or warranty issues. Take your money elsewhere. A place where managers introduce themselves and thank you for your business!!!

People seem to be pleasant just didn't have what I needed and it was a common thing

They gave me credit on a faulty chair. So I then bought another chair. Good people.
