I can’t recommend going to a place like this unless you are in a pinch, originally wanted a new washer, they sent over and older one, because they felt it would be a better deal for me, and even after setting up monthly payments, they called me, texted and emailed every week. It was a bit much, payed it off early so they would just leave me alone. Gonna be bummed when the washer goes, hoping it just makes it a year, but this is how all of my services in Fallon have gone. 🤷🏻♀️

Was very disrespectful, the manager and the employees have no type of customer service experience at all. They seem to be very discriminating as we was talked to like dirt. We was supposed to have a washer and dryer delivered and they lied saying they called and knocked on the door.
We were at home all day waiting for them to call and come to the house. They said they knocked when there's a door bell to ring.
The manager himself is very disrespectful and the BBB ( better business bureau) should be called on this store due to the lack of respect for people. And the major discriminating actions.
Charles has always been an excellent manager, and the whole RAC team is amazing with customer service, & promptness. 💯🙌
Had washer n dryer installed and 3/4 rubber Seals we're missing so water leaked everywhere....n they put dent in wall..paying as much as u are this should not be a problem!!! So upset
