Broke my old phone while driving back from New Mexico. Went into our local store as soon as I was home. Talked to a young lady named Jenna and she assisted me in picking out a new phone and getting me all set up. She had a great attitude , very professional , friendly ,easy to work with. If you go into Fallons store I highly recommend letting Jenna assist you. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
This isn't a Verizon owned store. They will try to help but are limited in what they can do as a franchise

I went back to Verizon from another carrier, and was helped by a young lady named Jenna. She was so helpful and I got everything done in a flash. Very satisfied.
My sim card stopped working and a very helpful young lady at my local Verizon store fixed it instantly and at no charge! She said that kind of thing almost never happens and made sure all was right in my phone's world before releasing it.
