We tried for months to order flooring from here but could never get an answer when we called and everytime we went there they were closed for no reason even though it said they were open. So we eventually went somewhere else. But we did find out that going somewhere else was the best decision because we were told by someone else who bought carpet and furniture from Rudi's that everything smelled like smoke because they allow smoking in the store and around all the new carpets and furniture. So it looks like I dodged a bullet with not being able to use them because if I would have gotten carpet that smelled like smoke it wouldn't have been acceptable.
