Has always been respectful. Have dealt with at least 3 of the ladies and they have great concern of respect for their customers. They should not be belittled because their English is not good or because you cannot understand what they are trying to get you to understand.
Had a massage from Nena. It was probably the best massage I've ever had.. Definitely top 5. Very professional, clean environment, concerned about pressures, and super cute too. She did the back walk and hot stone as well. I plan to return!
I am a frequent customer of A Little Massage and I highly recommend this business. Whether you have an appointment or just need to walk in, it's my go-to for relaxation. From customer service, cleanliness, and 5 star body care this is the best place in Lebanon!
Was disrespectful and down right ill-mannered towards a customer due to having NF1 (Which causes benign tumors to grow on his body). This isn’t some infectious disease or skin disorder. The tumors aren’t going to “pop” if they are touched. He has scoliosis and was needing a massage to help with his chronic back pain. The person there was very rude saying, she wouldn’t touch him and called him nasty. Very unprofessional.
This place should be shut down! Turning down a man and belittling him after she saw the tumors on his back. Told him he was scary and nasty. Really un empathetic. Not sure where this practitioner went to school but I'd be looking into their credentials....
