Went to get a refrigerator delivered as the one in my rental had went out. The earliest delivery date they could give me was almost two weeks out with the promise of putting it on the first truck going that way which would be Monday or Tuesday. It is Tuesday evening and I call to be told nothing was put in comments and my delivery date is still that far out. That is way too long to go without a refrigerator. There was a sign stating if item was in stock it would be delivered next day but salesman didn't even acknowledge the extremely false advertising posted.
Found what I was looking for, but my wife and I searched for help for at least 15 minutes before giving up and searching on our own.
Sandy and Laura at Front End did everything they could to help .... and succeeded. Great people to deal with. If anyone has any issues at Lowe's Lebanon, MO ... find one of those two. Also Ben is a great person to deal with!! Thanks gang!!
Went to grab a new toilet seat. Saw the one i wanted. The one i grabbed seemed to be the last. I got home and wasn't nearly what i was purchasing at the time. It wasn all plastic and cheap as it could possibly could be.
Very poor service. Very slow service. There's a few excellent employees but other than that nothing. Always check your order they pull for you. Mines always 50% wrong. I've been sitting in electrical for 45 minutes. They called someone to help me, He came over helped someone else. I told him I needed help he said he would be back, Never showed up. Make sure you always keep track of your receipts. Even though they can go to your email, They can't find them. So know what you need get it and get out.
