They quoted me a price on a security camera install, they matched the price of a competitor's bid. The 12- camera unit they quoted me was changed during install to a 9 camera unit and they triple charged me on labor. Not until invoice was delivered and i questioned charges was this addressed. I wouldn't have been upset if it was communicated during install that things are taking longer then expected and needing to charge more. After discussing this they reduced the bill down by 1/3 so i was only double charged. Didn't have many options since the work has been completed.nnOnce camera system was set up, there are issues with it not working properly. He came over to try getting it to work and he said it worked on his phone so i need to contact the manufacturer because maybe it was just an issue with my phone. Still hasn't been fixed, but finished sending payment so that i didn't have to deal with them anymore.nThey did a decent job installing. But if you use them i would make sure that you stay on top of them so they don't pull a fast one over on you. jc
