Brittany was fantastic. She was so patient and not pushy. She knew her furniture and mattresses. After going to Nebraska Furniture Mart and Crowley Furniture I came back Purchased my mattress and motion base! She was so informative and positive!

Bought two couches back in December of 2019 and one of the couches broke due to manufacturing issues in March. We have called and asked several times for someone to come out to fix it since we have a warranty and not a single person has fixed it and it is currently September 19, 2020. A technician was scheduled to come out September 18, 2020 and all he did was lift up the couch and say he would have to order parts that they said they had at the store already, the technician just didn’t have them. I am so unhappy with the customer service and the couches we got. Do not recommend this place whatsoever. I did not pay as much as I did for it to not be fixed in a timely manner.
Brittany was amazing. She helped me get an mattress and frame. She made my experience painless and fun. I will shop with FFO home from now on.
