Update. In November 2020 they expanded their seating area and have probably 3 times as much space. This was much needed as the spot has become very popular.nnThis is a great addition to downtown Knob Noster. The coffee and service are excellent. According to my server the cinnamon rolls (large and delicious) and pies are baked on premises and the coffee and bagels are sourced from shops in Springfield. The free wi-fi makes this a great place to sip coffee and get some work done.
Great selection of house-made syrups. Relaxing retro vibe.
Great atmosphere, great latte's. Christian music playing when I was in. I'll definitely stop in when I'm in the area!
I love Coffee Sknobs! The best and cutest local coffee shop ever. The drinks are always crafted to perfection. The homemade syrups and flavors are the best I’ve experienced. Just moved to the area. I’m always looking for a good, local coffee shop. First time at Coffee Sknobs and had a lovely experience! Such a cute little coffee shop. The barista that made my drink was so kind and friendly, and she made the perfect iced dirty chai. Great first experience and I will most definitely be visiting on the regular!
