We had a large unit at this facility. We expected to only need the unit for 1 year and it ended up being 5 years. During this time we had no worries about our stuff. We had access to it whenever we needed. The few times I spoke to the employees they were always kind and courteous. Today check-out was a breeze and much quicker than I thought.
Very friendly staff, and they're all very helpful with any questions or concerns.
Highly recommend.. great customer service. Clean safe place to keep whatever your wanting store... Great Price too!
We decided to pay a little extra monthly to have climate control, I can tell you those storage units are not, they are almost always as cold as can be.nIts a little ridiculous that you cannot make partial payments, the unexpected happened and we couldn’t make the payment on the unit and they wouldn’t let us make partial payments to keep it down and safe from being sold, they will only let you pay the whole amount, potentially putting you in a bit of a pickle trying to pay it off while their trying to sell it.nThe customer service was only great when we were there to sign up, after that they don’t try to help out at all, they make it seem like you’re annoying them just by trying to get everything straight.nnI strongly recommend really looking at your options before choosing to go with A-1 Self Storage.
I want to truly Thank the crew and especially the owner at A1 Locker Rental, They were Amazing to work with, we had some special circumstances and they helped us out in so many ways....Thank you for Everything !! You are Wonderful!! Highly recommend this facility, Rated A1 in my Book.....Great place to store your valuables and know they are safe!!
