Excellent and helpful. I bought a mini fridge for sodas to replace my useless dishwasher. I got to the store 10 minutes before it closed but they were so helpful on helping chose the right one. 100% satisfied ud83dude0dud83dude0d
Order all my kitchen appliances from Karl’s. I have had to call multiple times to check on my order. They had half of my order and didn’t let me know because one item was missing. I’m currently at week 8 of not having a refrigerator. Each time I call my sales person isn’t available and will not call me back. Every person that I talk to says they cannot get any tracking information. I chose Karl’s because they guaranteed a 4-6 week ship. With everything going on in the world no one else could guarantee that. As I said I’m currently at week 8, I have to call every day and no one has been able to help me or seems to care in anyway. Also paid for my dishwasher to be installed and had to get it installed myself. Still currently waiting on a refund.
They were very help full and the service was and knowledge about the products we bought was great... definitely going back when we need appliances again...
Huge rave! Very glad I purchased the Karl warranty. Nice man named Kyler came out with part in hand and had my dishwasher fixed in 20min! Very happy with service and would recommend.
Great customer service, great prices and they actually have things in stock. We were turned away from another store (Menards) for not having a mask so we went to Karl's.nnWe even saved over $100 on the dryer compared to Menards price. Going there for everything now!
