I literally NEVER leave reviews but Ted Knatcal(the store manager of the Arnold location I visited) was absolutely amazing. He immediately helped me find what I was looking for, he didn’t try to over sell me on something I didn’t want(which most salesman do for their own benefit) but he was great about just getting me what I truly wanted and what was in my price range. He even went above & beyond and got me a ridiculously great deal! Definitely referring anyone I know that needs a mattress to come visit him here.
Courtney was friendly, professional and helpful. He’s a good company representative. If the delivery goes smoothly this will have been an A+ experience.

We had a minor issue with the mattress, so they corrected the issues quickly. The mattress is comfortable and good quality. Staff was nice and efficient.
