I rented a unit at Arnold/Fenton AI Locker Rental for the past 3 years and I highly recommend this location. It is a clean, convenient, and secure place to store your belongings. The locaction is great and the staff is helpful and friendly.

My business was renting the largest locker they had at $180/month here. Within a month of our contract beginning- the property manager (Mary Joe) sent us a contract termination letter do to an on-site disagreement between her attitude and one of my employees who had been working hard in the heat all day long. The letter demanded that we have our items out of the locker by the last day of the month, or all items remaining became A-1's property. So we did exactly what she asked. We hustled to get our equipment out before that date, and I even personally cleaned the unit out like good tenant and we vacated the storage unit. Little did I know, my card would CONTINUE to be FRAUDULENTLY charged each month until I noticed it- today. When I called Mary Joe this afternoon to politely ask for the reimbursement, she tried to act like she did not know we were moved out- and that she didn't expect us to listen to her demanding eviction letter she sent us. Well, when someone tells me to do something or my property becomes theirs, I surely listen. I wouldn't want to do business with people like this anyway. Its no wonder they have no business there, Mary Joe scares them all off! She refused to credit my account back the (2) months of fraudulently processed payments, and this is very concerning to me. I have already contacted the fraud department at my bank and I plan to prosecute to the fullest extent. BEWARE!!!

I love this place! The treat you more like family than a customer! I have used them for years and have referred many people to them! Ask for Mary Jo.. she's the BEST!
