I was very impressed with two men and a spa dolly. We needed a spa moved from a friends house to ours. Communication was fantastic. They called when on their way and it was actually earlier than anticipated! The crew was very professional and efficient. Pricing was fair and in line with other company bids. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had been asking places for months about fixing our hot tub and have had no responses. I called Two Men and a Spa Dolly and within 2 days they were out and diagnosed our problem for us. We still have to set up to have the service done but with how nice and professional the service tech was I look forward to setting up the repair. We could not be happier that finally after all these months of having a broken hot tub we will soon be able to enjoy it again. Thank you Two Men and a Spa Dolly for excellent customer service!

A-MAZ-ING! We had to move our hot tub and I had no clue how this would be done. Spa dealers in our area recommended that we call Two Men and a Spa Dolly. Luckily I called well in advance. It's a good sign they are so busy. I was very impressed with the safety measures the crew used for moving our 9'x7' hot tub; excellent team work and clear communication made this move go without a hitch. The hot tub arrived at the destination in perfect condition and was placed exactly where we wanted it. The price was also surprisingly affordable. Thank you!

After charging me to come out for a service call, they needed to order a part to repair a leak in my hot tub. However, they never came back. I called three times over a 6 week period and each time they said they would have the technician call me. After 4 months since the initial service call, I don't think the call is coming.nnEdit after response:nnThanks for the response, I have follow up questions:nMy service visit was the first week of June, and I haven’t heard back. When were you going to let me know my part was delayed?nnI called three times over 6 weeks to ask what was going on. The third time I called I told the person that no one was returning my calls and I still didn’t get a call back...nnThe tech who did the service call told me the 3/4” pipe was a standard part he could get from Home Depot, so was that incorrect?nnWhy have I not heard from you in four months despite calling you 3 times after my service visit?
