Jaime is awesome! She thoroughly educated me on all my options, ensuring that I purchased the right bed for me. This place is awesome. We went there and looked and tried different beds, they were good. We then went and checked a couple other stores and came back to Mattress Firm. Jaime was so helpful, not at all pushy, very knowledge of the merchandise and they can help your sleep and pains. She even let us try out the raising of the foot and head. I would have to give her a 10, between 1-10....She was awesome.
Its was nice place to buy a mattress and sales people very knowledgeable about what y are looking for. and very helpful too! I recommend to see for your self!
We really had a nice experience at the Mattress Firm location in Fenton. The salesman was knowledgeable. He didn’t push us toward the more expensive mattresses but followed our lead, letting us know the features of each mattress we showed interest in. Normally, when we find something we like we go home and see if we can find it for a better price, but we were so happy with the service, we simply ordered it and went home happy.
The store is extremely vlean and neat. The selling agent was very couteous and helpful asdisting us to select our twin mattresses for our college kids who are going to visit home this Thsnksgiving Day. Prices are pretty nice. The only thing we missed was arranging for delivery. We ll need to wait for a call coming tomorrow from the company. I wish I could do it at once.
