I had the Best Facial Ever this morning! My face hasn't felt this clean in a LONG time. 4 months ago, I tried Xeomin and my skin still looks flawless. Thank you girls!

Wish I could give no stars. Paid for hair removal, but showed up several times for appointments and no one was there. They don't return calls or follow through with anything the say they will do. I went several months without having a session (was supposed to have one every 6 weeks). When I finally caught someone in the office and asked for a refund they refused until I threatened to take them to small claims court. Even then I only got 3/4 of what I pre-paid back; unfortunately I would have had to miss work to take them to court so didn't pursue it any further.

I honestly wouldn’t even give this place one star if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review. BEWARE!!!! I pd 1500.00 for a service that I never received Bc the employee left. The doc ~ Dr. Wood ~ is refusing to give me a refund stating I am under contract ~ no contract exists. I pd over the phone and didn’t even sign the cc receipt. Not was their a verbal contract. My husband and I both have called and called for THREE months!! Rarely does anyone answer the phone and rarely is there a voice service! When we do get an employee they are unhelpful. We FINALLY spoke to doc Wood today (only Bc I filed a complaint with the BBB) and she stated that Skinnovations is financially unable to refund us. Next I will file with the attorney Generals office and our lawyer. They should NOT be in business!!!!!!! Please go elsewhere where it is a professional atmosphere and you don’t get scammed!!!! I feel so badly for the elderly patients she says she “takes care” of.

Cortney has has been great to work with. She has been able to work around my times and has made me feel comfortable during the sessions.

This is going to be a long post but PLEASE READ! I had a fraxel lazer treatment done at this establishment last month. My experience was horrific! The facility was very unclean and their sanitary practices are not acceptable. To make this long story a little shorter since I only have limited space, I contracted Staphylococcus, aka Staph infection all over my face due to improper sanitary practices. I had purchased a package when I signed up to have this done. After my first procedure, I contacted the service provider, Stacia, and requested a refund for the rest of my package as I will not be returning. She informed me, they do not offer refunds, only exchange in services. No thank you, this is a health risk. I do have pictures, if you would like to see them please feel free to contact me!
