Took them 20 minutes to acknowledge I was there. Then didn't have the part I needed.nThe customer before me was being high pressured into purchasing a $500 and told him several times that it was too much.
Had good service when ordering and paying for a pool. But when I called for o rings 3 days in a row they said they would call back and never did. Poor service, ready to spend money but they were to busy to even bother.

They were very very helpful, and had everything in the store that I needed.
I went here to look at pools the sales person was so helpful and informative. They had some great prices like a pool special for $2,100 and then told us how to save even more. Go online ASAP to doughboypools.com and print a coupon for $500 off. Again amazing staff and great quality products. Also OMG check out the spas while u there they have many styles and sizes to fit everyone's needs.
