GREAT company to work for. Great to my husband. Home every weekend, best pay for him, never too far from the house, great trucks. Would definitely recommend.
My experience with TDC nice office staff great equipment great repair shop very efficiently run company.nThey will get you home all holidays and work with you anyway they can. Overall it is a good company if you need more family time fewer miles. New drivers average approximately 1800 and 2000. They keep you running short haul loads and their is fast loading and unloading. They have their favorite drivers they get great miles, safety bonuses etc.. plus weekends off. I left the company because the miles were not consistent to support my wife and two children.
No miles. No money with this company ! Too much time wasted at loading /unloading docks only $36,000 year not good at all when other companies a driver can make $60,000 a yr.
Great place to work. Work here for 5 years and enjoyed my time here. Made good money and got home to be with my family. If I was to every go back to driving I would go back to driving for TDC. God bless all of TDC employees. Take care.
