Excellent customer service! Frank was very helpful, listened to what we were both looking for in furniture needs, and was able to find something the suited both our styles at an affordable price.

I will start by saying that our experience with the salesman and manager were great. Our salesperson, Rick, was laid back and helped us find the perfect furniture set. The floor staff was wonderful and weren’t pushy at all. We paid upfront in cash to purchase a 4 piece living room set; sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and ottoman.nnFast forward two days to pickup:nWe hired someone (outside of FFO) to deliver our furniture. We met at the loading dock at the back of the store. The loading staff consisted of 3 young men. We had several pieces to load and we already had a plan as to exactly how we wanted it. They, however, disagreed and suggested another “easier” for them way. Knowing exactly what we wanted we reinforced our decision, to which they became frustrated and unprofessional. Once the couch had been loaded they once again became reluctant to listen and began showing signs of anger. One of the young men tossed our oversized chair into the truck, making a loud noise. They loaded everything up very quickly. We arrive at our house and begin to unload furniture. The sofa that we received was the wrong brand, style and color. We called and the manager personally made it right by picking up the wrong sofa and delivering the right one. After which we finished unwrapping and setting up the rest of the furniture. That is when we realized that they had also sent us the wrong oversized chair and ottoman. (The ottoman was also scratched) which I can only assume is because of the careless loading crew member who was literally throwing our things after we upset him.) We then once again call the store and have yet to hear back.nnIn conclusion, we bought four pieces of furniture and 3 of them that we received were not ours. We were treated in an incredibly rude manner on the day of pickup and things were very rushed. The only reason this rating deserves a star at all is because our salesperson was wonderful and the managers as well.

Definitely going back lots of great furniture

I was shopping for a mattress. I had recently purchased some living room furniture from them. Had a good salesman, although despite my telling him I didn't want anything expensive or fancy, the first thing he showed me was a $1,000 reclining bed. And his mask. In these times...his mask was so far below his nose I could see his mustache. Wearing it was pointless and disconcerting.

Keith helped us as soon as we walked into the store. He was very friendly right away and very attentive to what we were looking for. He answered any questions that we had and he knew the answer to all of them. We bought a very nice couch and loveseat and definitely will be back in the future for more business. The prices were the best in town.
