The salesman was super friendly and helpful. Liked the way the furniture was set up across the showroom. We also appreciated the fact that we got a discount for paying upfront for our furniture. The only downside is having to wait so long to get it delivered. Not Ashley's fault though.

We started out ‘just looking’. Ray, salesman, explained the sales and left us to look- he wasn’t pushy at all which we greatly appreciated. When we saw some items we liked, Ray was very helpful in asking the right questions. We bought a dining room set and plan on returning for living room furniture. Great Job Ray! Thank you.

Upon entering the establishment I was instantly greeted! All staff were helpful (but not in an annoying way)nEveryone was informative, and positive, as well as helpful with my financing process! Highly suggest this business for any of your home needs! Worth every penny!nnUpdate!nWe got our bed at the beginning of this year and its still amazing to have and great quality.nWe went in today and got some new living room furniture which was smooth sailing! Always will use this establishment for all my home needs and wants!nnMark has helped us with both purchases and hes always professional and helpful!

We had a great experience with our local Ashley's Furniture store!! The salesman, Shane, was very gracious and patient with us as we picked out what we wanted. The prices are way more reasonable than I expected, since all of the pieces are made to order and delivered to your house! We can't wait to get our furniture and enjoy it!!!

Our salesman was great not pushy at all, we ended up buying a sectional and waited 4 weeks to get, we had never bought new furniture before so we had no idea that when choosing a sectional and you want a right armed chase on it that you really need to say left arm chase. This was not explained to us that they go by if you’re standing up looking at it and not sitting on it. This should be explained to customers. We went back to the store the day it was delivered and was told we would get a call with a new delivery date that they would fix the issue. It’s been almost a week and still no call back on it. It was a misunderstanding all around, we didn’t know and they didn’t explain it to us. This is the only reason we are giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s not that big of an issue this sectional will work fine it’s just not the right side for the chase on it to fit how we intended but no harm no foul. We will buy from them again. But next time we will ask tons more questions. It would be nice if they had followed through with what we was told but again not a big enough issue to keep us from buying from them again.
