After going to several other furniture stores looking for a mattress this was the best price for what I needed. Our sales associate, Brian O'Neil, is fantastic. You don't get great customer service these days but you will with Brian so make sure you ask for him.
Great customer service! In & out. We were recommended Mattress Firm by a friend. I’m glad we chose them the first, if not I’d still be driving around with my wife looking for a mattress.
My girlfriend and I recently purchased a king size mattress and an adjustable base from Brian and we were very pleased with his performance. If you have any questions or concerns, definitely ask for him. He will be able to help you with anything you need.
We were only shopping for a bed frame (boring) but Tony Bryant was very personable and helpful. This isn’t our first good encounter with Mattress Firm. They are very reputable, no matter the value of the sale. They stand by their word!
