Pretty good, about what I expected. At least the changing rooms were open. That was nice.nBut the tile floors in the changing rooms needed a mop and clean up, they were dusty or could just have been from a busy day.
I have had a mixture of experiences, but mostly good-great! My mom was looking for a specific shirt that we had just seen and we couldn't find it. A girl, who's name badge I missed, was really helpful and did everything she could to help me locate the items. She found one and I found the other. I like the employees minus the typical Karen that you can run into lol!
Very friends employees. Good deals on clothes and a friendly environment. The only person who I've had issues with is Kathy. She's one of the floor managers and she just flat out ignores customers. I needed help as has my mother and ive seen other customers try to flag her down but she just walks right on by as if nobody is there.
Kohls truly is the best! They have something for everyone and at truly reasonable prices along with a wonderful rewards program Kohls cash..
Just use it for Amazon returns. Great store but prices are a bit out of my range.
