It's a big box store, but the customer service at this location really is good. We buy nearly all of our home improvement and remodeling supplies here. This is by far the cheapest place to buy appliances.

Bought a mini fridge and less than 5 months later it quits working. I call up Lowe’s where I purchased it in Carthage mo and tell them and was told I would have to get ahold of manufacturer. I asked to speak with a manager he told me same thing. All I wanted was to exchange. I don’t have time to deal with manufacturers and their timelines. So I went to Home Depot told them what happened. Needless to say I purchased a new one with a no questions asked warranty. bring it back for money or exchange in the event it quits working as long as I it’s not been abused. And all for cheaper price. They didn’t act like I was just another patsy customer that they would just take my money and the quality of service ends right there. See ya Lowe’s. You got the last dime you’ll ever get out of me

Fantastic! Was there about 11am this morning and the employees were wonderful in the garden area outside. The young girl at the cashier Super sweet! And the lady that helped me to the car with my new fire pit was really nice and helpful. Wish I would have gotten there names so I could give them a shoutout!!!! I've had a rotten week and they really made my day!
