This business fails in several departments. They partner with IKEA for furniture deliveries, which leads to problems; but contrary to what their general manager kept asserting on the phone, their problems are not entirely IKEA's. They are quick to blame others for their poor practices. They schedule delivery appointments before they know whether they will have one's order in stock. They have called me twice in the last two weeks, promising me two different delivery dates, when they still do not have my products in their warehouse. When I pointed out the absurdity of this practice, the general manager blamed IKEA. When confronted with this problem and asked how they will make the matter right, the general manager indignantly replied that he doesn't need to make anything right. According to this general manager, several customers have this problem: they are told a delivery date by All Points and then, come to find out, the product hasn't even arrived in the warehouse. This is not IKEA's fault: this is a business with a poor policy of gambling on an unknown future rather than delivering what is on hand. One would think that, if so many customers were complaining about this practice, the general manager would revise his practice. But instead, he dug his heels in. I do not know who the owner of this company is and to whom the general manager reports, but I hope that he/she reads this review and has a heart to heart with the GM. Such business practices are abhorrent and, under normal circumstances, would result in the business's bankruptcy and closure.
