I've been a Penske customer for decades. I've moved 16 times. No more. 2 hours before pickup of my reservation made 2 weeks prior, they call and don't have my truck. They gave it to Amazon. I finally get a U-Haul, for a better price, and drive 800 miles to my new apartment. On the way, I see Penske trucks of the same size hauling cars, just as I would. I don't think Amazon hauls cars. Or, do they?
I have a small moving company here in KC and I have been using Borgmeyer for about 3 months now. The owner John, along with his staff are incredibly helpful, resourceful, and expedient! From the start I was given extraordinary service. These guys are amazing! Thanks John!
