Today I went to the Lamars on 7 hwy in Blue Springs. I ordered my donuts on line with a lady by the name of Peggy. When I got to Lamars, this sweet lady by the name of Becca, came straight to my car and I told her I had ordered online. She was so pleasant and cheerful. She was a very busy lady taking care of all the customers and she smiled and spoke cheerfully to everyone. She apologized because it took some time to get my order, but she was cheerful the entire time. Thank you Becca for your sweet personality. Lamars is lucky to have such an amazing employee.
New curbside is awful! Called to place my curside order and bought a dozen donuts and was told one price when I asked about the price. Then charged almost $5 more without being aware or told of a different amount being charged to my card! When calling to discuss the over charge I was told the register messes up sometimes with a sorry. And that was it! No refund given of the amount that was overcharged, just taking my money without asking. So better know your pricing for them, cause they don't know!
Used to be the place to go for donuts in Blue Springs. Tried getting donuts for the family this morning. Have to order through an app or website. Tried, and the website wasn't working. Pulled up front and an employee told me I could call to order, but my order probably wouldn't go though because they're busy. Then walked away. No offer to take my order. Terrible customer service. Went to Daylight Donuts instead. Perfect, fast service.

I have been going to LaMar's in Blue Springs for years. I know the manager Marty well. She's an awesome lady. It's the best Lamar's around. But when I call in an order, that is the same order I always order, and they pack it wrong then the mod, not Marty, on the phone wants to be nasty saying that I ordered the wrong thing, after admitting they packed it wrong, and is talking down to me, they've lost all credibility and my business.nThe youth today needs to learn what true customer service is.
