I’ve never had a problem with Panera it’s my go to for fresh healthy food on the go. But this Panera is not like the others. It can take forever to get an order and it’s Often has ingredients missing such as Arugula from the Mediterranean bowl or hard boiled egg on the green goddess salad. To top off the lack of attention to detail or timeliness of a to go order the employees are not nice. When I go back to ask for my missing parts of my order they act irritated and annoyed instead of just apologizing.... it’s simple customer service. I said thank you for the side of my missing of my meal and they didn’t even say your welcome! Just plain rude.nnUpdate!! On my last trip to this location it was just fine so perhaps it’s improving on the staff. Thanks for doing better!

Panera has food with real ingredients. Their pastries and soups taste like they are homemade and the bread is delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. All for a reasonable price! It's one of my favorite places to go.

Normally a big fan of the chain. However this location was below standards. Trying to decide on the rest of my order after my wife and daughter ordered. The clerk gave us the total and pretty much indicated we were done. I ended up with just a caprese and didn't even get chance to complete the order. We should have left. Food didn't justify staying.

Never again. Well we tried this location and got burned again. We came in for coffee and breakfast and while the sandwiches and souffle was hot and quick, they were all eaten before the coffees even made it to the counter...and there was only 2 people that came in after us.nnThe coffee...and calling it that was a serious stretch of the word. My mocha was frothed, barely chocolate, milk and the other lattes were vanilla flavored milk. IF there was any actual coffee in these it must have been less than half a shot. QT instant fake coffees would have been better.

Don’t know what happened to this place, used to be completely fine. Then we ordered delivery and 4 times in a row something was missing or wrong. Decided that I would pick up so I could check the food was right. The ETA on the order was about 30 mins longer than what they said. Choose another place.
