Called a couple weeks ago to be put on the wait list for a freezer. Called yesterday to see where I was on the list. Was told I wasn’t. A little upset I asked to be put on the list. They wanted half down, which wouldn’t have been a problem if the lady wasn’t rude as hell. She said “. I’ll add you to the list with no money down” and hung up. Thank goodness for Menards in Casper WY. They could take customer service skills from them.
I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star. I’ve been without a fridge since August! Apparently they’ve had the replacement part for a month now & keep telling me that they will be out on a day & never show or call. I’ve stopped by & called a few times only to be told “oh he has you down for this day “ & STILL no show! I’m getting a bunch of meat in a few days & still no freezer! This is insane. Contacting the BBB next
Iv heard they had bad attitudes but went there anyways. Should of listened, wont ever be shopping there. I am just going to drive to bismarck to get what i need.
Great deals on furniture with nothing down n 18 mo. no interest. Love our new Bed!
