Geyson was professional and ver knowledgable about the items that i was looking for.
Never got back to me with an estimate and the one sales persons knowledge was below average
The best customer service in town. Go in be honest and be nice and Charles will take care of you. I have never experienced full service as I have from Pacific Sound and Video. The whole crew there is a group of upstanding guys and they will make sure you are happy with your products. The biggest caveat is to stay logical and reasonable things aren't free but these guys do their best to take care of their loyal customers. If you are anywhere near this place I highly recommend stopping in just to see what they can do. I have purchased my tv, remote start, and multiple car stereo systems from these dudes they really are the best I've ever worked with. You don't have to take my word head in there and meet the gentlemen that make this Dickinson's premium multimedia electronic store!
