Five stars because Alex was great! Got me a phone that fit what I needed and wanted. I had limited time and he got me in and out of there with my new phone. The other guy there was moving pretty slow and seemed like he wasn’t that helpful while I was there. I had to go back the next day because I had an issue with my phone and I wanted to see if they might be able to help. Don’t know what his name was but the other guy was the only one around there and was no help and just gave me a “I don’t know”. If you need ANYTHING from this store I’d say ask for Alex!
Casey was an excellent, enthusiastic associate. She was professional and quick, a positive attitude and a knowledgeable person. I highly recommend her. She is by far the best associate I have worked with at that store.
Donna was extremely helpful. It was my first time buying a phone and plan on my own. I told her what I was looking for & needed. She helped to find me an affordable new phone & made sure I got the best price/discount possible. Amazing customer service, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had.
