Me, my daughter, and my dog initially went in to replace some nuts and bolts. I ended up bringing a recently purchased drill with me because it was locked up. I didn't know where the begin with metrics and sizing of the bolts. I was a little frustrated in the beginning. After several minutes, I met with manager, Erin. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in locating the product and took time to ensure we had the right sizes. Shortly after we were joined by Dominic. He was very instrumental in helping to unlock my drill. He attempted several times with no luck and determined it was defective. Erin and Dominic then guaranteed me a replacement. They worked as team and grabbed same drill from their inventory. Cashier, Nancy and Dominic checked me out, while Erin handled the exchange. Nancy was was very kind and showed Dominic some tips and tricks on the register. They were all very loving towards my dog. This is such an awesome crew and worked wonderfully as a team. This is such a memorable experience for me. They went above and beyond and and exceeded expectations.
Needed some help in the paint department and I believe his name was Dave, he was very helpful. Also Jim in the plumbing department offered excellent assistance. Both of your employees that assisted me are a great asset to your store!!!
They just never have what I need. Today I needed epoxy to fix a hole in some granite. It's on the website. It's not in the store and when I found an employee to finally help me they were cranky and rude.nLast week I needed a replacement faucet sprayer for my kitchen sink. You can get them from Amazon next day delivery. I guess that's hard to compare with but still seems like a normal thing to want to buy.nThis is a common occurrence it doesn't matter what lowes you go to. The employees are miserable for some reason I don't know what it is.
Really helpful with heavy lifting and at bringing a large cart! I didn't even know they had a cart big enough for what I needed but I am seriously grateful!
