Great experience on a very busy Saturday for them. Our sales associate listened to our needs and was very attentive and helpful. What was truly impressive was that Laura Crowley happened to be on site for other reasons and jumped in to help and make us aware of an incoming order that had the perfect sectional for us. A great statement about commitment to customer satisfaction at the highest levels of their organization. We will be going back for all of our furniture needs.

We had needed a new mattress for some time now, but had always hesitated when my wife wanted to shop for one, remembering how overwhelming the experience was years ago, when we had to try out a huge number of beds before deciding. That was before we heard about the Crowley perfect 30. They have used their knowledge and expertise to select 30 beds in every price range, which was a HUGE time saver! Our salesperson, Betsy, was extremely knowledgeable, and once we told her what our preferences were, guided us expertly to a Tempurpedic and a Justice bed, both offered cooling and different firmness levels. We tried out the beds, selected one that we both agreed on, and were in and out in about 30 minutes. Now THAT'S a perfect 30. What a wonderful experience! Thank you Crowley Furniture and Mattress!

Great store and am pleased with the service. My only recommendation is to require the furniture deliverers to wear appropriate clothes. I did not appreciate seeing the gentlemen’s bottom and underwear every time he bent over in front of me. Literally the pants fell below his bottom. This is disgusting.
