My grandchildren went together and chose to get me a new mattress for my Christmas present. I was so happy because I needed a new mattress but was having trouble getting some money together to buy one. My Grandson Gideon picked me up and took me to matttess firm on Friday morning. My experience with the young man who took care of us was just wonderful. His name was Jason and even though we changed out minds about the kind of mattress and the price he was very kind and understanding. I was so pleased with his kindness I will recommend him and Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a mattress.

If not for the lack of inventory, would have given 5 stars. Brandon was very very helpful, friendly and educational. They have a very good selection on floor models but no inventory to support what they have on the floor, which is very very disappointing... if what they have on the floor is not available, they should remove from the floor until such is available. Don't want to be dogmatic, you can always find other stores, I guess. We did however manage to settle on one but not the one we really had our heart set on. Brandon worked out some details so when the one we want does come in, hopefully, we can exchange with no extra cost except for delivery. With Brandon's knowledge and wit he kept us in the store, so with that said I'll cut this short. Our delivery date is in a couple of days and not weeks for our new mattress... we'll let you know if Brandon's expertise pays off.

Purchased a mattress for my mom at the Lee's Summit store. Had a great experience. They had a really great sale! They helped my mom to find a mattress that was comfortable I was even able to get her the adjustable base!

The sales associates were very knowledgeable and gave me good advice for my specific situation. They were helpful and friendly despite me coming in at the end of a very busy, and I'm sure tiring, Black Friday. They also went out of their way to find me a discounted version of the higher quality mattress protector that was in stock at another location.

The sales person was extremely helpful. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me several types that fit what I wanted, and gave me the details on each one. He was extremely friendly and a huge help. He went above and beyond to help me get a new bed.
