I had an amazing experience! Summer was so knowledgeable and helpful! She pulled out every mattress available for me and my friend to try. She was patient and kind. She was able to answer every question I had and more. I have not yet mentioned the outstanding prices! This place is a must for anyone looking for a premium mattress at a phenomenal price!
This was such a great experience from beginning to end! We wanted to invest in a good quality mattress at a reasonable price, and we sure found it!! Anthony helped us in the beginning and he helped us find the perfect mattress for us! When we were ready to buy it, Summer was there to help us! The Lee’s Summit location didn’t have the one we wanted in stock, but she was able to get it from the warehouse and get it delivered! She was great!! Even the delivery guys were friendly and considerate.
I googled this store and went in and Summer helped me pick out a mattress for my new apartment she knows exactly what to recommend from her knowledge on what type of mattress is best for sleeping positions-she is an expert in this business!! Its an affordable deal way better than any traditional mattress store- so if you are looking for a mattress please go to this store. I purchased 2 beds with adjustable bases and the level of service that we received was outstanding! The store was clean, everything was explained to us clearly and very professionally. Summer Williams was awesome and patient with us. I have recommended other family members and friends to your store. I wanted to wait for our mattresses to be delivered and sleep on them for a week and we are so happy with our choice and the delivery guys were awesome!! Happy customer all around! Great job guys!
Went to look at a mattress today and was very pleased with how easy the process was. Prices were right in my price range. Was in and out. Also the customer service was great! Summer was very Knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn’t go away uniformed about anything. Definitely go see her!
