The times I have been there my experience has always been good. Workers are very nice and food is always ready pretty quickly. The only meal I get from this is the Caesar Salad with chicken and its really good. They always give a nice portion of chicken and lettuce and don't drown the salad in parmesan cheese. Overall pretty good.
Very nice, always enjoy a good lunch or dinner at Panera though they tend to a little pricey
Waited 30 minutes in my truck waiting for my order to be brought out to me like I ordered just to realize that it’s been sitting inside the entire time in a box. There’s About a dozen of us waiting in our vehicles in our food is just sitting in a bag inside because no crew members of bringing anything out. It’s ridiculous that I have to come inside after 30 minutes for my soggy good and hear the sorry excuses. It’s BS
Food was good. They were it of SEVERAL things. This should be told to customer BEFORE they order. Water barely dropped out of machine. Out of pepper even. Workers polite. They had winter menu (paper ones) it's June I always asked the kitchen in my 13 years in the business of were put of anything when I arrived on shift.
