I stopped in on 9/13 with my 5 year old while out shopping and we will definitely be back! The man and woman working the front were very helpful and polite. I read my son all of the flavors and he picked chocolate chocolate chip (of course ud83dude09) and I had the carrot cake. Both fantastic. He wants to go back for carrot cake for himself and I'm excited to try the pumpkin spice! ud83dude0a
The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the cake is so delicious but that doesn’t make it okay did the staff to be so nasty to anyone. The manager “Fawn” (it’s on my receipt) was VERY nasty to me about using a birthday coupon for my boyfriend. I would go out of my way to come to this location because the staff were so friendly and kind but Ms. Fawn was very rude, belittled me and simply embarrassed me for no reason over a coupon. I will never come to this location again. She definitely needs training on good customer service.
Never knew about this cake place, last sunday I was at JC Penney's with my daughter, she pointed out the store. My son- in-law bought 3 mini cakes. I had the praline and cream, so delicious. I need another one. Thank you for the great dessert.
