Our experience was amazing. I purchased a sectional and its so comfy. Even though part of my sectional was not ready they called me to see if i wanted what they had received still delivered on my due date and informed me when my other section would arrive. The delivery guys were awesome. I purchased for they to bring it in and put it together so worth it. I will be using Furniture Deals in the future and will recommend my friends and family to use them as well.

I had a great experience from the time I walked in the store through the delivery. Our sales lady, was super great and very helpful is a good mix of knowledge and humor. She helped us pick out the correct mattress for our specific needs.nOur delivery went painless as well. The three gentlemen that made delivery were helpful courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Furniture Deals for all your furniture needs. I will be back for a theater loveseat.

Customer Service is exceptional! Had my reclining sofa delivered today. They delivery team was great! Got here at 10 minutes into my 3 hour delivery window, put it together, made sure everything worked and left. Fast and friendly!!! 3rd purchase from Furniture Deals in Independence and will go back again when the time comes.

If you are really looking to purchase furniture, be prepared to be followed by someone almost the whole time you look around. The workers aren’t pushy, but do stick around and pop up quite a bit. I, personally, am one of those people who needs plenty of time to think and search for MYSELF before I make any decision requiring a big purchase. That being said though, there is very nice furniture here and for great prices! I love my new bed set and the workers who set it up were respectful and quick. I’d definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
