The owner of the company, Dale, is great--and that's who you deal with. He can usually get you in pretty fast and have you well taken care of with guaranteed work. The pricing here is very cheap. if there are any stains when the job is done, Dale will come out and personally take care of them for you. I highly recommend this place.
Called Dale to possibly set up an appointment to fix the stains I had left when trying to clean my own upholstery. He offered his professional advice over the phone, and gave me a chance to try and correct it on my own before coming out. His quote was completely reasonable if I am unable to do it on my own. Honest and professional! Will be calling him with any future needs.
Dale did an excellent job cleaning my very large couch. I will definitely be using his services again!
