Used to be a great place to shop. Wonderful customer service and caring. Not anymore. We purchased an Ashley Loveseat in July of this year. It was stiff when we got it home and figured it would settle in. Nope! It is the most uncomfortable thing ever. About 6 weeks after we purchased, we asked to return it, not for money back, but for a store credit to select something else. It was a no. Said they would ask the owners and get back to us. Never heard a word regarding that. They have also had to replace a motor and a wiring harness. So, we are stuck with $1000+ loveseat until we can do something else. Also to mention 8 years ago when we bought our house we furnished almost everything there, so a hefty amount, and we have purchased since. It seems customer loyalty doesn't mean anything these days.

You can layaway window AC units at this store...90 day @ 20% down. Some decent appliances too
