I usually have a good experience at Panera; however, this was by far the worst I have had at any restaurant. The only person working the counter was clearly new and should not have been left alone. She had issues ringing up our order and got someone to help her but they immediately left after correcting her mistake. She then waited on the people after us and got their order ready. Meanwhile another employee finally came to help. We waited almost 15 minutes for two toasted bagels that were not toasted. We asked a different employee if they could please toast them for us and received one burnt bagel with the explanation of the toaster did not work properly. Also, while we were waiting for someone to make our order the people after us took the last of the cinnamon bagels, which is what my husband had ordered. Oh and she forgot our to go order for a pastry. The manager walked by several time and did not stop to help this poor girl who had been left on her own with very little training. I feel for this poor girl who apologized profusely for taking so long. I blame the management for our bad service and experience not the young lady who waited on us.

I've been to a lot of Panera stores over the years. Consistent good quality food and drink, as well as friendly and prompt service. This store is no exception. However, I would like to see better mask enforcement. I saw people walk in the front door and sit down in the seating area with no mask on.

Top notch customer service! Thanks Sam for bringing us fresh from the oven souffles, which were delicious, and the extra treats. We are repeat customers and always have a good experience.

Super friendly staff, great good, and good atmosphere. I stopped for a quick lunch and saw several people with laptops out which tells me they have good wifi service, which I often look for. Will definitely be back.

I spent $46 for a delivery to feed 3 people. One entire meal was forgotten. Called the store, they said they cannot deliver the forgotten item. I had to drive up there to pick it up. Totally inconvenienced. My options were to get refunded for the one item, get a voucher for another time, or come get it. Unacceptable. Replacing the item is a given. How are you going to fix it??? Your food is overpriced in the first place, in my opinion, then I paid delivery and tip on top of that, and still had to go get it. And the solution is to just give me the item I paid for. Zero customer service or satisfaction.nnUpdate, I showed up to get the food and was given a refund. At least there is that. But it's still not wow service. I would recommend finding a way to make delivery's gone wrong, go right. The manager lady was nice and it wasn't her fault. But I definitely won't get delivery again, and my patience with Panera is running thin. If you're going to use 3rd party delivery services, you have got to find a way to make their mistakes right. Making the customer drive up to the store (I was sick, btw) is not the answer.
