Booked an appointment online for a facial. When I walked in the lady there said we don't do facials, go next door. Weird. I mentioned I wrote in my booking note online that I was interested in consultation for two other services, one being Botox which is clearly available and again was dismissed to go next door.nThe sweet lady next door, who does do facials, looked at my email confirmation posted below and was very confused. Her business has no affiliation with Botox & Co.nI returned to Botox & Co. and showed the lady working the email confirmation and she stated they do not do facials there. I stated I understood but thought she may want to advise her manager that the website is advertising facials and it is a bookable service online. She responded rudely with we don't even do them, she is out of the country. Again I stated well just thought you'd like to know as this is your place of employment and can look bad. She was very rude and dismissive as I was trying to prevent a place with 5star service from getting dinged. Guess kindness isn't appreciated. Luckily the lady that does facials next door was kind and gave me her information ud83dude01

I had a fantastic time and also amazing results! I would recommend Botox & Co. in a heartbeat. Great people! Great products! Great results!
