Usually have what I need.

Very large place with pretty much everything. It was my first time in a Lowe's so naturally I got a little lost, but the employees were very helpful and helped me find what I needed. I would definitely come back here if I need anything else.

Visited the store on 10/19/20 to find everything has been moved around. I understand this needs to happen from time to time but a sign on the tradesman side of the store warning us a few weeks in advance would’ve been nice. I’m sure other tradesmen who patronize the store frequently would agree. I spent at least an extra half hour finding parts that I normally know where they’re at. Not good a thing when I’m trying to get to a job. Time is money.nnAlso, a bunch of boxes stacked up high on a shelf nearly fell on me in the PVC fitting isle. This was due to the new area where the copper pipes were kept directly on the other side of the shelf being poorly set up. A customer on the other side of the isle who was grabbing copper pipes accidentally knocked a bunch of boxes over because the 10ft vertical copper pipes were leaning on them. Extremely poor execution on the rearrangement of the store. GM should’ve done a better job overseeing the rearranging.

We NEVER seem to have a good experience with Lowe's and it's associates/customer service. Employees could care less and act as though you are a huge inconvenience if you need help/assistance or have a question. It's extremely rude considering that they are there to help customers. We cringe that it's basically the only DIY store in the vicinity without driving an hour or so. That being said, we were in Lowe's today, 8/15/2020, to pick up some tile we purchased back in the flooring department. I can not say enough good about Chris in flooring, he was knowledgeable, nice, happy, helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Best experience we have EVER had with an associate at this store. Give this man a raise, he is doing his job and seems to enjoy helping the customer, going above and beyond. He is amazing! I hope this review makes it to his supervisor and management. He should train the other employees on what customer service actually is and how to be helpful, making the customer feel good about being there, spending money there, and coming back! Thank you Chris for all of your kind, pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance- it did not go unnoticed (I also noticed how helpful you were to all of the other customers in your department while we continued shopping). Keep up the fantastic job you are doing, we hope to see you when we come back next time!!

usually good but this visit I was annoyed enough to drop what I came for near the register as a couple of the cashiers were too busy talking to a friend who came in rather than to attend to the line of us that was building up
