Been sitting in front of the pharmacy for 1 hour know they said they were working on my daughter medicine then came back over to me and ask me what I’m waiting on they said they will start working on that not coming back I don’t recommend this pharmacy

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I used it for a long time - picked up the same prescription every single month and at least 75% of the time they could only do a “partial fill” and I would have to come back for the rest (75% is very generous). If I had to pick up an antibiotic or something written that day it would be at least a 45 minute wait (after leaving the doctors and driving 45 minutes to get there). And more than a few times they “billed my insurance wrong” and my partials would be a nite mare to finish filling. I won’t even get started on how long the line would be with only one cashier and 12 people behind the counter stocking. This place is terrible, it may seem like it would be convenient to fill medications here because it’s Walmart and you need to go there anyways - but I will NEVER fill anything here again. I have joined the mass amounts of people that no longer use this pharmacy

Terrible service. We dropped of a simple script and had been told it would be around 15 minutes. It was not ready in 15 minutes and we were told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes before it would be ready. 15 minutes later we were told the script hadn't even been started yet.. So now we wait some more. It's been close to an hour now as we've been waiting, mildly agitated, and we're receiving the most loveliest, dirty, disrespectful looks from the nice people working in the pharmacy department. I understand that everyone gets busy but I do not understand how you can flat out lie to customers about wait time. If you don't know how long its going to be then tell us that, it's better than lying.
