I wouldn't have put a star at all if that were an option. Always extended wait time and Never have prescriptions ready. Then they send you back in the wait line. They don't have scripts on monthly fill date so every month my husband doesn't have his script for a few days. I tried here before and left and have now been with Nyburgs. We will be transferring all of my husband's scripts over to Nyburg.This place is a complete waste of time!!
Never has lines to wait in so that's good but why can't they SMILE ud83dude0a. The issue I have is they never have meds in stock to fill. WHY CAN'T THE SMILE???
I would put 0 stars. My boyfriend took my prescription up there at noon and at 5PM it still wasn't ready. They said it would be 10 minutes, and 30 minutes later they didn't even scan my insurance card so he had to go back in line and wait longer. Then they didn't even have one of the medicines. This pharmacy is a JOKE.
I always have to wait 30+ min. in line and then when I get to the front my prescription is never ready... even though I have called it in hours in advance. I then have to get back in line and wait another 30 min. I thought I would fix part of the problem and start refilling it through the app the day before I want to pick it up. When I go to pick it up they now tell me that they don’t have it filled. I show them my confirmation and they tell me there is nothing they can do.
